Welcome to Grease Trap Cleaning Pros, LLC. Our mission is to service restaurants and commercial institutions throughout the entire geographic area, and all 5 boroughs of New York City. Our company policy is "If You're Not Happy, We're Not Happy"! You can rely on our experienced team of grease trap inspectors, and grease interceptor maintenance cleaning professionals. Regularly scheduled grease trap maintenance and cleaning is one of the best things you can do for your restaurant business in New York. Owner/operator, Daniel Sexton III knows the business inside and out. Dan grew up by his father's side, working with him at a very young age during his vacations from school in the summers.
During those years young Danny quickly saw how his dad treated his customers in Staten Island and other sections of NYC such as the Upper East Side of Manhattan and Queens. As the years went by, Daniel began to take on more and more responsibility handed down to him by his father. It wasn't long before he studied for his CDL commercial drivers license and waste management training.
Of course the next step was Danny driving the pumper/vacuum truck to some of his dad's most important customers in the restaurant business in the city. New York City restaurants are some of the top places to dine on the entire planet.
New Yorkers are very business savvy and only expect the very, very best when they opt for a 4 course 5 star meal. What do you think might happen if these high-end customers found out there was sewer waste, grease and cooking oils backing up in the kitchen area? I'll tell you what would happen!
They would NEVER come back to that restaurant again and probably tell everyone they know to stay away from that particular eatery. We know of one place in New York City that actually had a law suit filed against them, and the plaintiff won the suit via jury trial. The moral of the story, and theme of this blog post is, "always keep your grease trap interceptors and tanks clean and flowing freely". I hope you enjoyed my life's story and you have learned something about grease trap cleaning, inspections and maintenance. Thanks for stopping by, Dan Sexton III :-)
